I have bought and sold many houses over the past 4 decades, in three different states. I can say without equivocation that Stephanie provided exceptional service – the best I ever experienced. Stephanie was helping us move my mother from the house she lived in for the past forty years. I was shocked at the lengths Stephanie went into making that experience a positive one. If I lived in Florida, there is no other Realtor I would ever use.

Stephanie DiLorenzo has been an outstanding outstanding broker. She has actually taken what we said, she heard what we explicitly wanted from tenants and she went out and she got specifically what we wanted. She was durable and she was making sure that we had the content and everything was legalized in the fact that making sure that everything that we requested was on paper. She was not only diligent she gave us resources that we were able to use to get the house ready for the new tenants. She was understanding. She made us felt that we were important to her by dedicating her time, effort and agreed with us. She was very professional for making it to the end. We really appreciate her. I really don’t have enough space on here to write all the good things about Stephanie! She goes so out of her way I seriously thought at the beginning ok what is the catch. Turns out there isn’t one. She’s just someone who works really hard and she gets the job done! She made our rental and buying experience amazing and it wasn’t our first time buying. Basically, she sets a high standard for real estate agents. If you want someone honest and hard-working I highly recommend Stephanie DiLorenzo.
